Larry Martin

Chief Executive Officer
Larry Martin has been with AGO since its inception in 1982. Prior to joining AGO, he worked as a consulting services project manager for insurance and financial applications for Rapidata, Inc. and in the actuarial department at Chubb & Son, Inc. One of Larry’s functions is Account Manager for the majority of AGO’s clients, coordinating all administrative functions during the project cycle. This function includes liaison for contract delivery, scheduling, and customer relations. Larry also oversees the account’s customer service representatives after installation. As AGO’s President he also manages all aspects involved in managing a company, including the financial and administrative functions. Larry is a graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. His degree is a BA, Mathematics major with a Fundamentals of Business minor.

Joseph Costa

Vice President/Co-Founder
Joseph Costa has been with AGO since 1984. Prior to joining AGO he worked as a Senior Analyst for insurance and financial applications for Rapidata, Inc. and as a programmer for ADP. Joe is Vice President and has over thirty years experience leading teams in the design, development and deployment of insurance/financial-oriented software systems. He and his group are skilled at detailed specification analysis, performing workflow design studies and producing effective solutions for a demanding business environment. Clients range from small to large-scale institutions located throughout the United States and products encompass Policy Administration and Underwriting, Premium Billing and Accounting, Claims Administration, and Bureau/Statutory Reporting. These products have been installed in company locations, branch locations or agency sites; either standalone or in a distributed processing environment. Joe is currently product manager for Accounting and Claims systems. Joe graduated from Montclair State College, Montclair, New Jersey with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Computer Science.

John Hageneder

Product Manager, Policy Processing Systems, Agency Interfaces and Expert Underwriting
John Hageneder has been with AGO since1989. Prior to joining AGO he was a Junior Programmer for Match Box Toys. John has over thirty years’ experience in system analysis, design, development and maintenance. John is primarily responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the software that AGO’s clients use for automated rating and generating of policy output for every kind of property/casualty line of business. He is knowledgeable in all rating organizations and bureaus methodology, adept at reviewing and communicating ever changing coverages and rating rules with clients and accomplished at leading developers in accurately implementing such requirements in the AGO products. John graduated from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey with a BS in Business Administration and a major in Computer Science.

Ken Wiik

Product Manager, Bureau/State Stat Reportin
Ken Wiik has been with AGO since 1992. Prior to joining AGO he worked as a junior Programmer for Computron as well as being self-employed as a Programmer for several years. Ken has over twenty-five years’ experience in system analysis, design, development and maintenance. Ken is primarily responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the software that AGO’s clients use for automated reporting of their business results to various state bureaus throughout the country and to the rating organizations to which client companies are members. He is expert in interpreting the ever changing reporting specifications issued by rating and reporting bureaus and skilled at extracting premium and loss experience data from in-house and third-party systems as well as AGO products.. Ken graduated from Upsala College, East Orange, New Jersey with a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science.

Scott Ritchie

Director of Business Development
Scott Ritchie joined AGO Insurance Software in the autumn of 2017 as their new Director of Business Development. Prior to becoming part of the AGO team, Scott was the Business Development Manager at Paramount Software Solutions.. Scott, who is active in his local community, is married with two sons and lives in the Somerset Hills region of New Jersey.
